The practical stuff: how booking works, what the prices mean, and what I ask of you. Nothing here takes away rights you have under UK consumer law.
This website
I keep the information here as accurate as I can, and update prices and treatments as they change. Now and then something may be out of date — if what you see here differs from what you’re told when you book, the booking is what counts. The words, photographs and design on this site are mine; please don’t reuse them without asking.
Booking
Appointments are booked through the booking service I use, which you’ll be taken to when you tap a booking button. Your appointment is arranged with me; that service simply handles the diary and any terms it applies are shown to you there.
You need to be 18 or over to book, or have a parent or guardian book and come with you.
Prices
Prices are shown on each treatment page and are the price you pay — there’s no VAT added on top. Offers apply while they’re shown. If a price changes after you’ve booked, you pay the price you booked at.
Whether a treatment is right for you
Treatments here are for relaxation and wellbeing. They aren’t medical care, and they aren’t a substitute for seeing a doctor or other healthcare professional about a health concern.
If you’re pregnant, recovering from surgery or an injury, taking medication, or living with a health condition, please tell me before your appointment so we can talk about what’s suitable — I may adapt a treatment, or suggest waiting or checking with your doctor first. If I don’t think it’s safe to go ahead on the day, you won’t be charged.
Changing or cancelling
See the cancellation policy. If you’re running late, let me know — I’ll do what I can, though your treatment may need to be shorter so the next person isn’t kept waiting.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are arranged directly with me. Any expiry date or conditions are told to you at the time.
If something goes wrong
Please tell me. I’d always rather hear about it and put it right. Nothing in these terms limits my responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

Where this site links elsewhere — including to book — those websites are run by other people, with their own terms and privacy information.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions? Message me on Instagram (opens in a new tab).
